The Ogun State Government has awarded a prize to an indigene of the state, Miss Joy Oyinlola Adesina, for performing excellently well in her academics at the Obafemi Awolowo University where she was the best graduating student ever in the history of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences.
“Receiving Dr. Joy Oyinlola Adesina, the best graduating student ever produced in the history of her department in Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, I presented a house, cash, and scholarship awards on behalf of the Ogun State Government.
Dr. Joy Adesina, a multiple award winner and an indigene of Ogun State graduated from the Department of Medicine and Surgery, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University.
In accordance with the state’s commitment to the excellent works shown by their indigenes, home, and abroad, she received a cash prize of #5million naira and a bungalow together with a scholarship of residency at OOUTH, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital.
