CHIKA OFILI observed that there were formulas to confirm the divisibility of a whole number by 2,3,4,5,6,8,9 but there was no memorable formula for 7.
Through his observation, he made a discovery of an easy formula to confirm the divisibility of a number by 7 and he was awarded at the TruLittle Hero Awards Ceremony.
