24-Year Old Nigerian Built a Crude Oil-Powered Transformer

Very recently, a viral video apparently filmed by a reporter at Fun Paradise TV was all over the media. In it contained intriguing documentation of an interview with a young Nigerian, Solomon Ukoha.

Solomon Ukoha was reported to have brought creative handwork of his to a Local Government Area of Abia state to showcase. The outcome of the set-up attracted the people who called in a reporter to film the interview.

In the exclusive interrogation, Solomon Ukoha, a 24-year old boy, a native of Abia state built a transformer. When he was asked how he came about the invention, he said he was inspired by the spirit of God. He further explained that crude oil generates the light coming from the transformer and the light energy produced by the current set-up can power a whole building.

The young man went further to say he could produce one that’s capable of lighting up a state but he will need a sponsor to go for professional training to validate his knowledge better, for about 4 to 5years. He also promised not to misuse this privilege.

The reporter enjoined everyone who got to watch the video to share until it gets to the stables of the Abia State Governor, purposely for empowerment for the young man.

Fortunately, On Monday, May 3, the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, took to his official Twitter page to share photos which showed he has met with the young man and that he is very much impressed by his work especially how he created everything using locally sourced materials.

The Governor also announced to have given the young man a five-year scholarship to any university of his choice. He also asked Solomon to train other youths in the state.

He added that his interest in supporting the young man is in the interest of seeing him solving the power challenges in the state and country at large, in the nearest future.

This is quite impressive and we are glad to have this huge feat come from our very own.
