Uniilorin’s Omotayo Dada, Becomings The Best Graduating Student Of Nigerian Law School 2022

The news of Omotayo Dada, becoming the best-graduating Student from law school was welcomed with surprise and excitement. The news was first received by Omotayo Dada’s sister, who checked the portal and she woke everybody up as she couldn’t contain her excitement alone.

When asked why she was surprised, she gave a brief history of her educational background. Rendering records on how she schooled in Uniilorin and graduated with a 2:1. She considered it surprising for a 2:1 student to bag first class from the law school.

Very selective with her choice of friends, Dada was able to navigate her way through the walls of her dreams of; striving for excellence. She wasn’t a library visitor at any time including her university days and she found her room and classroom as a safe haven for studying. She read alone all the time and engaged in educative discussions with her roommate at the Law school, Yenegoa.

Very strong in her faith, Omotayo Dada, believed so much in God and engaged in the Chapel of hope fellowship, She was a prayer member and she lead prayers on Sunday and during some weekly activities

Whenever she felt discouraged in her pursuit of success, Omotayo Dada refueled her passion through YouTube videos of best-graduating students.

Omotayo Dada went home with 10 prices which she mentioned as; the Council of Legal Education Star Prize for the Best Student of the Year; the National Association of Women Judge’s Prize for the Best Female Student of the Year; the Nigerian Bar Association Prize for the Best Female Student of the Year; the Director-General’s Prize for Attaining First Class; Sir Darnley Alexander Prize for the Best Student in Property Law Practice; Honourable Justice Aloma M. Mukhtar Prize for the Best Female Student in Civil Litigation; Honourable Justice Atanda Fatai-Williams Prize for the Best Student of the Year; Dr. Teslim Olawale Elias SAN Prize for the Best Student of the Year; Sir Adetokunbo Ademola Prize for the Best Student of the Year and Honourable Justice Silvanus Ayere Ajuyah Prize for the Most Promising Graduating Student of the Year.

She accrued her success as a testament to God’s grace and love in my life. She said she couldn’t have achieved this feat without God.
