An aspiring Chemical Engineer from Bokkos LGA Plateau State got an invite to the Plateau State government house for her distinctive WACE result.
The young scholar identified as Miss Sylvia Ulan Andrew had a parallel A1 in the just concluded WACE exam.
Ulan was single-handedly raised by her mother after the death of her father. But that didn’t put an end to her fulgent success.
Miss Sylvia Ulan Andrew not been new to the drumbeat of success, has had a record-breaking success. She emerged as the overall best at national common entrance examinations which earned her a scholarship by the Shell Petroleum Company.
The Governor of Plateau State, Governor Simon Lalong said he was proud of her success. He also said he was not surprised at Sylvia Ulan outstanding results, because he knows Plateau State has a hand full of talents. He awarded her scholarship to any University of her choice. He also commended her mum for raising Sylvia Ulan well.
