Emeka Nelson is one of the recent young Nigerian blessed in a diverse manner of innovations. He has had his elementary education up till secondary school level.
However, he invented a generator that is powered with water. He took to his twitter handle and wrote:

The innovation is quite applaudable. Meanwhile, how he came up with such an idea without an engineering background has become more intriguing.
This generator was said to have a maximum capacity of 1000Watts and voltage between 220 and 240.
Concurrently, Nelson has also developed a machine that transforms hydrocarbon related wastes (plastics, nylons, waterproofs) into petrol, kerosene, diesel, roofing sheets, interlocking stones, bricks, etc.
BBC has also reported that he has developed some other innovations.
