The flood at Kebbi state made disheartening headlines a few weeks back. The number of lives lost, billion Naria rice farmlands that were destroyed by the flood made the news disastrous, needless to mention properties and source of livelihood destroyed.
After President Buhari expressed his grief towards the losses recorded, The First lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Aisha Buhari expressed her love towards victims through relief packages. Her organization; future assured handled the effective delivery of the package to Victims.
Through Future Assured, Aisha Buhari has been the reason behind the smile on Nigerian women and children’s face, especially in the northern part of the country. She provides victuals in thousands to ensure a well-fed Nation. She believes children are the future of tomorrow hence every child must be catered for and given adequate care and education. She said,
“Our children are our future. Education of our children is the best way to secure the future of our country”
She goes beyond food supplies and is concerned about the health and well-being of women and children through Advocacy, Community Mobilisation and Health Promotion.
Future Assured made contributions to victims of insurgency in the North-Eastern part of Nigeria.
In continuation of support to medical institutions across the country, Future Assured collaborated with Emeka Ejiofor foundation donated 100 Beds & accessories, assorted medications such as anti-inflammatory, Antibiotics, Anti Hypertensives and Anti Diabetics to FMC.
